Job Summary As a Google PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform. You will work closely with clients or internal teams to develop and implement effective PPC strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads and a strong analytical mindset to monitor and optimize campaigns for optimal performance. Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute PPC strategies: Plan, create, and implement PPC campaigns on Google Ads platform to achieve client or company goals, such as lead generation, sales, or website traffic. Keyword research and analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for targeting in PPC campaigns. Use keyword analysis tools to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities. Ad creation and optimization: Write compelling ad copies that are optimized for conversion and click-through rates. Continuously test and refine ad variations to improve performance. Landing page optimization: Collaborate with web development or design teams to optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates. Implement A/B testing to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. Campaign monitoring and optimization: Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Adjust bidding strategies, ad placements, targeting options, and other campaign settings to optimize performance and ROI. Budget management: Set and manage PPC budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization of funds while achieving campaign goals. Performance reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients or internal stakeholders. Present insights, trends, and recommendations based on campaign data and analytics. Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and strategies in the PPC advertising space. Identify and recommend new opportunities or features that could enhance campaign performance. Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads. Demonstrable track record of successful campaigns and achieving performance targets Expert knowledge of Google Ads: In-depth understanding of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, ad creation, keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to monitor and analyze campaign performance Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Ability to present complex concepts and insights in a clear and concise manner. (This is a client facing role) Detail-oriented and organized: Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, ad copywriting, and performance analysis. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Results-driven: Proven ability to drive results and improve campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Continuous learning: Eagerness to stay updated with industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and emerging PPC strategies. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Certifications: Google Ads certifications, such as Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, or Google Ads Video Certification, are highly desirable.
