Google Ads Executive:
Job Overview
We are looking for a Google Ads Executive with 6 months to 1 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking to generate leads and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent keywords.
• Write effective ad copies and extensions to improve CTR.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CPA.
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Work closely with the SEO and content team for better campaign results.
• Stay updated with Google Ads updates, policies, and best practices.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads platform
• Understanding of keyword research tools
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Analytics
• Understanding of landing page optimization
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and reporting skills
Experience : 6 months to 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of B2B marketing campaigns
