About the Role
goSTOPS is looking for energetic, social, and creative volunteers to join us as
Community Champions
. You’ll help create memorable hostel experiences by hosting events, engaging with travellers, and supporting day-to-day community activities.
If you enjoy meeting new people, planning fun activities, and being part of a lively travel environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and conduct hostel tours
Plan and host daily community events (games, movie nights, karaoke, tournaments, bonfires, etc.)
Promote our curated experiences like river rafting and scooty rental.
Engage with guests and build an active hostel community
Capture photos/videos and create basic social media content
Collect guest feedback and support the on-ground team
Document daily activities and share updates
