Job Description:
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well designed and high quality code. This role requires good communication skills, as you will need to collaborate across teams.
Key Skills
5+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.
Extensive hands-on experience in Go or Python
Excellent programming skills, along with Data structures, Algorithms, and Concepts
Experience in working with SoA (Service-oriented Architecture) and SaaS
Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS)
Experience with API integrations at scale (preferred)
Desirable Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc.
Knowledge of the Backup domain will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage
Role and Responsibilities:
Play a key role in design/development of features.
Gathering & understanding requirements.
Design, development & implementation independently.
Will be able to work on end to end features.
Qualification
B.Tech / B.E / M.E. / M.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA or equivalent
