Job Description: Job Title: Global Network Management Corporate Title: Associate Location: Bangalore, India Role Description GNM is responsible for managing external entity relationships (Deutsche Bank branches, Central Securities Depositories and Third parties) on behalf of Deutsche Bank entities globally, across all major business lines. The GNM India is responsible for accounts managements which includes opening, amendment and closure of the account held at agent and internally and its related controls. Recertification of all depots and nostro accounts globally both externally with the external entity network and internally with all business owners. Fees invoicing for the agent bank network and works very closing with Birmingham team, alongside delivering a range of projects. These team ensures that GNM meet expectations of both the Nostro Depot Account Governance Policy implemented by Treasury and satisfy audit and regulatory requirements for the on-going monitoring and control of accounts. You will help to ensure the team meet all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements (particularly CASS and MiFID II) You will compile presentations/reporting for on-going projects and initiatives, providing accurate month end reporting and assisting with a range of audit and control requests. You will operate effectively within tight timeframes and provide support and cover where required for team members. Your skills and experience 5-7 years of Excellent experience in organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple workstreams, working within tight time frames. High and consistent attention to detail Able to articulate and tailor feedback for all levels of seniority, producing concise and accurate reporting to show on-going progress on various work streams. Good team player, including strong communication and ability to build relationships with team members across multiple locations. Investment Banking (Operations) experience with familiarity of financial markets Preferred working experience in Network Management Function You will assist with evidence collation for a formal response to internal and external audit requests.  Manage escalations and ensure resolutions on or before time. Challenge current processes and align to the success measures to deliver process efficiencies that are sustainable. Expertise in Microsoft Excel with Formulae and uses.
