Key Responsibilities
Drive global sales and marketing activities for specialty and fine chemical products across international markets
Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, distributors, and channel partners globally
Lead market expansion initiatives across North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and LATAM regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and industry stakeholders
Develop strategic go-to-market plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth
Manage complete export sales lifecycle including negotiations, pricing, forecasting, logistics coordination, and payment realization
Collaborate with production, supply chain, finance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless customer servicing and product delivery
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
Lead participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings
Introduce new product strategies based on market demand and customer application requirements
Drive branding, promotional activities, and strategic partnerships across target geographies
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue projections for management review
Lead and mentor sales teams while ensuring achievement of business targets and profitability goals
Preferred Achievements
MBA in International Business / Marketing / Biotechnology / Chemical Management preferred
Experience in scaling international business revenue significantly
Successful market penetration in USA and European markets
Experience working with specialty monomers, polymers, performance chemicals or other specialty chemicals
Strong exposure to global exhibitions and international customer handling
