We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our renewable energy products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and contribute to our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and drive market growth.
Supervise the marketing team to generate innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation of print and digital marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Collaborate with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
Manage the department’s budget and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and key strategic partners.
Stay informed of advances in both the energy and marketing industries to foster innovation and ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or other senior marketing role, ideally in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with executives to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
