Work you'll do
As a Gen AI MS Copilot Senior analyst on the Solutions Delivery Canada team, you will be responsible for:
Understanding business objectives, supporting data preparation, data mining, feature engineering, and developing Generative AI solutions to address business problems.
Designing, building, maintaining, and supporting Generative AI models and systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure AI services, and related technologies.
Providing technical direction to the team on design challenges, production support, documentation, standards, and delivered project quality.
Managing production issues, ongoing initiatives, stakeholder updates, project risks, and risk mitigation planning across the software development lifecycle.
Ensuring delivery with minimal errors, within agreed timeframes, while contributing innovative ideas, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Solutions Delivery Canada is part of the Deloitte technology organization focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise technology solutions that support business operations and marketplace services. The team works across modern platforms and delivery disciplines to develop scalable, business-aligned solutions for internal stakeholders and clients.
Team members collaborate across architecture, development, quality assurance, business analysis, and usability functions to deliver technology solutions using a structured development methodology. This role supports Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot-based initiatives within that broader delivery environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
4+ years of Python development experience.
Experience with Generative AI libraries such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
Experience supporting the design, build, and maintenance of Generative AI models and systems.
Understanding of Generative AI prompting concepts and how Generative AI models produce outputs.
Experience with software development lifecycle activities, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing.
Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms to deploy technology solutions.
Preferred:
4+ years of experience with Azure AI services.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects.
Experience with web development.
Experience with vector databases and index-based search implementations.
Experience implementing or using artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions, including Azure Cognitive Services.
Experience with .NET development and SQL databases.
