Generative AI Engineer
We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join the Tax & Legal Digit@l Asset Factory. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale innovative generative AI solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support a globally consistent digital offering across the Tax & Legal practice. You will work at the intersection of AI, cloud, and engineering, helping translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions. Work you'll do
As a Generative AI Engineer on the Tax & Legal Digit@l Asset Factory team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling generative AI solutions that support business priorities and enhance digital offerings across the practice.
Design, develop, test, and deploy generative AI solutions for Tax & Legal use cases.
Build and maintain applications using Python and generative AI frameworks, including LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
Integrate large language model solutions with internal and external platforms through REST application programming interfaces.
Support the evaluation, monitoring, and observability of AI solutions using tools such as Arize Phoenix, LangSmith, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to cloud deployment, solution architecture, documentation, testing, version control, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Qualifications
Required:
Experience developing applications in Python.
Experience using LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
Experience building or integrating REST application programming interfaces.
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience with source control tools, including Git.
Experience with testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices.
Experience supporting AI solution evaluation, monitoring, or observability.
Preferred:
Experience with observability and evaluation tools such as Arize Phoenix or LangSmith.
Experience with Docker or other containerization tools.
Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.
Experience applying security and compliance practices in enterprise environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Exposure to generative AI, data engineering, or large language model-based solutions in production or pilot environments.
