Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative
Generative AI Engineer
to join our AI team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models focused on generative technologies such as large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and generative adversarial networks (GANs). You’ll work on innovative use cases involving natural language generation, image/video generation, code synthesis, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Research, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, DALL·E, StyleGAN, Stable Diffusion).
Develop scalable infrastructure and pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring of GenAI models.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate generative capabilities into products.
Stay current with academic and industry advances in generative AI and apply them to real-world applications.
Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost across cloud and edge deployments.
Contribute to ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and user safety.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Solid understanding of deep learning concepts, transformer architectures, and generative modeling techniques.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral), diffusion models, or GANs.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience with MLops tools for model deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, HuggingFace, Weights & Biases).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LoRA/QLoRA techniques.
Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or research papers.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and GPU/TPU acceleration.
Knowledge of multi-modal models (text-to-image, image-to-text, etc.).
