About the role: Collaboration with various stakeholders across different scrum teams in Capital Markets products. Strong Functional Testing knowledge on UI as well as API testing using SOAP UI or any other API testing tool. Hands on experience on UI automation using Selenium and keyword driven automation tools. About the team: Capital Markets is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, and wealth and retirement. UI/UX QA team which is a horizontal for Capital Markets that helps our businesses to brings product to market more efficiently with Quality delivery which involves standardized QA testing processes, formal metrics, required tools, and expert professionals. What you will be doing: Prepare and execute functional test cases to ensure that quality is maintained throughout release cycle. Create & maintain API Automation script using SOAP UI or any other API testing tool Participate and contribute to automation framework creation & execution. Involved in end-to-end ownership of product automation/functional testing & identifying the appropriate techniques, tools, and guidelines to implement the required tests to make sure quality of the product is up to the standard and collaborate with multiple stakeholders/scrum teams to drive the functional & automation testing. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience 4-7 years of Functional testing experience with more than 2 years in API Testing Excellent skills in API Testing using SOAP UI or any other API testing tool. Basic understanding of SQL, accessibility testing Added bonus if you have: Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and team members. Attention to detail – track record of authoring high-quality documentation. Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
