Full Stack Lead

J Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Lead with strong frontend expertise and solid backend understanding to design, build, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of driving architecture decisions end to end. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall full stack architecture for web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability Drive architectural decisions related to framework selection, design patterns, API contracts, and integration strategies Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices Guide teams on modern UI practices including component-driven design, micro-frontends (if applicable), and design systems Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume RESTful APIs and integration layers Review backend designs and ensure efficient data flow, error handling, and API versioning Resolve technical and non-technical conflicts diplomatically Negotiate scope, timelines, and technical compromises effectively Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical architecture and vice versa Mentor and guide developers, helping teams grow in architectural maturity Work effectively with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and security teams Encourage collaboration and shared ownership across distributed teams Skills Angular and/or React Strong expertise in frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks Strong backend technology understanding Node.js / Java/ Python Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integration, and data flow Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-based architectures is a plus Good understanding of integration solutions, SSO  Qualifications 8+ years of experience in full stack development Proven experience in an architect or technical leadership role Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience working for Enterprise clients Ability to work in a hybrid model from Bangalore
