Key Responsibilities :- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker. Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
