What you’ll do
Support the budgeting, forecasting and provide analysis of cost by department/functional stakeholders
Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Conduct meetings reviewing expenditure and projects, highlighting potential overruns and trends.
Provide variance reporting and investigative analysis against budgets, forecast and performance results.
Facilitate headcount forecast and overall people cost analysis as required and maintain the integrity of correctly allocating cost to appropriate cost centers.
Financial month end responsibilities
Identify opportunities for initiatives from insight analysis and work on initiatives around finance process, systems and data pertaining to operational costs.
Who you are
MBA, CA, CMA,
6
years and more – relevant experience in
Budgeting, Forecast, Management Reporting, FP&A
Excellent analytical skills and accounting
Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream, Oracle, Qliksense, Qlikview, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation
Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm
