Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid, currently remote for 6-7 months) Employment Type: Full-time About Proshort We’re a venture funded startup with headquarter in California, on a mission to connect, enable and empower go to market teams through better leverage of their data through Generative AI. At Proshort, we’re building the Cursor moment for Sales - an AI-native sales enablement platform that helps GTM teams be fully prepared for every customer conversation. To scale our growth and penetrate the US market, we need our first dedicated sales hire. This Founding SDR and AE will be instrumental in building the initial sales engine from the ground up.  This isn't a seat on someone else's team but an opportunity to define and own the entire sales motion, from initial outreach (SDR) to closing (AE), for a company that is already gaining traction.  Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities Propose, test, and implement improvements to the sales process and AI workflows based on real-world learning Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies Requirements Solid experience in sales, business development, or a similar role Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated and target-driven mindset If you are a proactive and results-driven professional looking to grow in sales, we’d love to hear from you!
