We are looking for a highly driven Founding GTM Lead who can help us generate qualified meetings, build market visibility, refine positioning, and drive early-stage growth initiatives. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of early GTM execution.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage product companies, SaaS businesses, and software service companies
Generate qualified meetings through outbound and relationship-driven outreach
Manage LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospect nurturing
Coordinate founder-led marketing and visibility initiatives
Create and repurpose product demos, customer stories, and launch content
Work on messaging, positioning, and ICP refinement
Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
Coordinate webinars, product walkthroughs, and GTM experiments
Gather market feedback and help improve sales narratives
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, outbound sales, or GTM roles
Strong understanding of SaaS products and startup environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, outbound prospecting, and lead generation
Ability to simplify technical products into compelling business messaging
Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
Comfortable working in fast-moving early-stage environments
