Role Overview: We are looking for highly driven and execution-focused Founder’s Office Interns to work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. This is not a conventional internship role — you will work across business strategy, operations, growth, supply chain, analytics, and automation projects that directly influence company execution and expansion. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in execution, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership and speed matter. Key Responsibilities: A. Business Strategy & Founder’s Office Execution: • Work directly with founders on strategic business priorities and special projects • Support execution of key initiatives across operations, growth, supply chain, and expansion • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities • Assist in creating business plans, execution roadmaps, and internal strategy documents B. Operations & Supply Chain Projects: • Work on operational improvement and process optimization initiatives • Support projects related to dark store operations, retailer growth, and supply chain execution • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution and resolve bottlenecks • Assist in building SOPs, workflows, and operational dashboards C. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Analyze business, operational, and performance data to support decision-making • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel / Google Sheets • Generate insights and recommendations based on operational and business metrics • Support leadership reviews with structured reporting and analysis D. AI Tools & Automation: • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and execution speed • Support automation initiatives across reporting, workflows, and operational processes • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process and tool optimization • Assist teams in improving execution efficiency using modern productivity tools E.
