What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives across the business
Help conceptualize, build, and scale unique sports event IPs and community-led experiences
Create and streamline operational processes across events, partnerships, and execution
Engage with stakeholders across the sports-tech ecosystem including brands, venue partners, creators, athletes, communities, and operators
Conduct market research and gather ecosystem insights to identify emerging opportunities in sports and recreation
Collate feedback from players, partners, communities, and internal teams to improve experiences and business decisions
Independently analyse situations, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
Support cross-functional coordination across marketing, operations, community, and partnerships
Who We’re Looking For
Someone genuinely passionate about sports culture, especially Pickleball and Padel
Strong understanding of community building and sports/event ecosystems
Highly proactive with a “figure-it-out” mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to independently think through ideas and execute with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Are an avid Pickleball or Padel player
Help if you previously worked in events, hospitality, or startup ecosystems
Understanding around health/sports communities and recreational engagement trends
