Role Description
You will play a significant role to help keep all our decision making insightful and instrumental to our continued success. As the associate in the founder's office, you will be responsible to provide regular updates about all functions in the form of different metrics and help in planning the organization's strategy.

Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry-specific research and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
Work closely with the Founders to facilitate and execute strategic initiatives, propelling company growth and development.
Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize various processes and ensure smooth execution.
Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and optimisation both internally & externally.
Help the founders with managing investors and other external stakeholders / relationships. Facilitating external meetings of founders and advising on key takeaways.
Develop and build relationships across the data ecosystem to further help in accurate business analytics.
Creating and tracking performance metrics of various departments using regular MISs and dashboards
Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies
Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets
Assist other functions in quantitative exercises undertaken towards larger company's goals
Facilitates implementation of new systems (including delivery, software quality assurance, payroll, HRMS, accounting etc.) as the company grows
Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives like weekly KPIs
Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
Requirements
A degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Economics is highly preferred. MBA with focus on Operations/Finance or other quantitative discipline like data analytics is also appropriate.
2-3 years of experience in analytics role with good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
Good quantitative aptitude and willingness to learn new things
Knowledge of Excel, VBA, R and any open source dashboarding tools is desirable
Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Some track record of interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects is desirable
Experience working in a growing start up environment is preferred
