We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Executive to lead our F&B operations in Visakhapatnam, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service delivery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and driving excellence across all F&B departments.
Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands in Visakhapatnam
Manage P&L statements, budgets, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and cost optimization
Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and food quality standards while considering local preferences and international culinary trends
Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and HACCP standards
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain inventory control systems
Analyze operational metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain service excellence
Develop and manage promotional campaigns and special events to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management or hospitality operations
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP certification, and local Indian food regulations
Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and culinary operations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and financial management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Knowledge of both Indian cuisine and international culinary standards
Experience in vendor management and procurement
Familiarity with the Visakhapatnam market and local hospitality landscape (preferred)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
