Job Description:
We're looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Managers (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore.
If you have a good network of 2W & 3W delivery partners across various zones in Bangalore, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Kalyan Nagar, Sarjapur.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing
SLA adherence — delivery timelines, reliability & efficiency
Qualifications:
2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
Education: Graduate and above
Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
