Roles and Responsibilities:-
* Managing a team of 500-850 Delivery Executives ( DE) in a zone(s) directly
on a daily basis DE efficiency assigned at an individual level.
* Coach DEs via field training at an individual level for better delivery
experience.
* Conduct regular field audits for better compliance among DEs
* Manage and control voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting
regular engagement activities.
* Address DE level issues/grievances by escalating to relevant teams like
governance, ROC etc.
* Mitigate Strikes with minimal ground disruption.
* Conduct huddles weekly including GTM of new products/launches
* Provide ground intelligence on cost , speed and new launches.
* Drive reactivations and attritions through calling and engagement with DEs
* Drive Referral by engaging with existing DE’s and influencing them to refer
more DEs. Desired Skills:-
* Prior experience in fleet management is preferable.
* Should have a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
* Completes tasks independently with minimal follow-ups
* Should be available to work on Weekends.
* Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train blue
collared workers.
* Should know local geographical area knowledge and should be able to
converse in local languages
* The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude / should be a
go-getter
* Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve
problems.
* Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent,
high level of service.
