About this role

The Fitness & Wellness Instructor is responsible for the oversight of the fitness, training, group training areas & all spa operations. This includes leadership of spa teams, supporting the overall spa, pool and fitness operation, quality and guest experience as well as team motivation is a key component to managing and overseeing the daily operations.
