Job Title Finance Reporting &amp Corporate Finance. Designation Manager or Senior Manager Location Thane, Department Finance Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Analysis and amp Reporting •Drive monthly book closures and ensuring correct accounting transactions like accruals, prepaid, amortization etc •Prepare and maintain monthly management information systems MIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data •Conduct detailed variance analysis on budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of deviations and recommending corrective actions •Develop and analyse P and ampL statements across product lines, channels online vs. offline and brands •Support the creation of financial dashboards and reports for senior management visibility •Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track business health and identify emerging risks •Good knowledge of Consolidation of accounts and intercompany eliminations. 2. Accounting • Good knowledge of financial accounting and amp financial principles under IND AS and Indian GAAP • Preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements • Manage compliance with developed processes, SOPs, documentary controls, and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls 3. Business Partnering •Collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development to understand their financial needs and constraints •Provide financial insights and analysis to support departmental decision-making •Facilitate discussions between finance and business units to align financial goals with operational realities •Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, actionable manner to non-finance stakeholders 4. Process Improvement and amp Compliance •Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes •Implement best practices in financial management and contribute to operational efficiency •Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements •Maintain data integrity and develop audit-ready documentation Required Qualifications •CA with at least 4 yrs of relevant experience. •Prior experience in E-commerce or D2C sector is highly desirable. •Familiarity with ERP systems and Ind-AS •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
