<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>As a Financial Operations Systems Sr. Analyst, you will lead complex problem-solving and deliver improvements across finance processes and systems. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements within your area, and ensure strong controls, data quality, and operational readiness across releases.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead resolution of priority incidents and complex defects, coordinating across Finance, IT, and vendors to drive root-cause remediation.</li>
<li>Own delivery of enhancements from requirements through design reviews, testing strategy, release planning, and post-release validation.</li>
<li>Define and monitor key controls and data quality metrics; implement preventative checks and reconcile exceptions.</li>
<li>Facilitate stakeholder forums (triage, change reviews, training sessions) and ensure clear communication and adoption.</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members; review deliverables (test evidence, requirements, SOPs) for quality and completeness.</li>

<h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience supporting or improving finance systems and processes (ERP strongly preferred).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of controls, testing disciplines, and incident/problem management.</li>
<li>Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to lead workstreams with minimal supervision.</li>
