<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>As a Financial Operations Systems Lead, you will provide functional leadership across the finance systems portfolio, ensuring stable operations and a strong delivery pipeline of improvements. You will own stakeholder alignment, roadmap execution, and operating model excellence across support, controls, data governance, and change delivery—driving measurable outcomes for Finance Operations.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute the finance systems operating model: support performance, incident/problem management, change governance, and release readiness.</li>
<li>Own the functional roadmap for priority domains, aligning stakeholders, sequencing delivery, and ensuring benefits realisation.</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional delivery of complex initiatives (transformations, integrations, global rollouts) ensuring strong controls and compliance.</li>
<li>Establish governance for data quality and master data, including ownership, monitoring, and remediation mechanisms.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop the team; set standards for quality, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.</li>

<h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree a plus).</li>
<li>7+ years of experience across finance systems, process transformation, and/or product ownership in an enterprise environment.</li>
<li>Strong leadership capability, including coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving governance.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of finance controls, risk management, and change delivery best practices.</li>
