Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables/job expectations)
Business partnering one of the three main areas of the business by helping them to understand the financial performance and impact of their decisions. (Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply chain, Engineering & product).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Produce, Review reports and dashboard for finance weekly and monthly reporting.
Support budget setting process.
Support strategic planning.
Provide analysis and data to support the monthly forecast.
Provide commentary and insight into relevant areas for our monthly reporting.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Critical Success Factors (critical/high-impact aspects of the role)
Proficient in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Expert in excel and familiarity of how to work with Power BI
Academic qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience (exposure)
2-4 years’ experience in an analytical role.
