What is this role all about?
As a Revenue Manager, you will own strategic customer revenue operations across closures, renewals, collections, and contract structuring for enterprise accounts. You will work closely with leadership and senior customer stakeholders to ensure strong revenue continuity, commercial governance, and long-term customer partnerships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will drive customer closures, renewals, collections, and commercial continuity for strategic enterprise accounts
You will work closely with finance, sales, legal, and customer success teams to streamline revenue operations and reduce revenue leakage
You will lead high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders around commercials, payment terms, escalations, and renewals
You will support contract structuring and commercial negotiations aligned with business and financial objectives
You will strengthen collections governance and work closely above the AR function to improve operational efficiency and customer continuity
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Here are the basic requirements:
You have 8+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial finance, customer finance operations, or related functions
You have experience managing enterprise customer relationships and commercial discussions
You are comfortable handling collections, renewals, and contract structuring independently
You possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

You have strong expertise in collections management, renewals, and revenue continuity processes
