We are moving from a high-growth private company to a publicly listed enterprise. As the Finance Lead, you will be the architect of Source’s IPO journey and the steward of our Corporate Finance strategy. This is a high-stakes leadership role where you will manage complex capital structures, drive fundraising initiatives, and build the financial foundation required for a 10x scale-up.
🎯 Your Three Main Objectives
IPO & Market Readiness:
Lead the end-to-end listing process, ensuring our financial storytelling, IndAS compliance, and governance frameworks meet the highest public-market standards.
Strategic Corporate Finance:
Drive capital raising (Debt & Equity), manage investor relations, and execute sophisticated capital structuring to fuel our aggressive expansion.
Capital Efficiency:
Optimize treasury and working capital cycles in a high-volume environment, ensuring Source has the liquidity "fuel" to maintain its 3x growth trajectory.

👤 Who You Are
The High-Growth Finance Leader:
6–10+ years of experience, with a heavy emphasis on
Corporate Finance
in high-growth startups or mid-market enterprises.
The IPO Operator:
Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA). You have a deep understanding of IndAS and have ideally seen a company through a successful listing or a significant late-stage funding round.
Data-Driven Storyteller:
You can convert complex unit economics and financial data into a credible, compelling narrative for institutional investors and the Board.
