Key Responsibilities
● Accurately record and maintain invoices in the ERP system.
● Assist in ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and PF regulations.
● Support in account reconciliations, including regular ledger reviews and
variance analysis.
● Monitor and track vendor invoices, assist in processing payments, and
contribute to expense analysis and reporting.
● Work closely with the finance team on daily operational tasks, supporting the
preparation of financial reports and maintaining internal documentation.
Requirements
● Completed B.Com or MBA (Finance)
● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
● Basic understanding of accounting and taxation principles
● Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
