Role Summary
Bacancy Systems is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance Head to manage and lead the
finance function. The role involves overseeing financial planning, compliance, cost control,
and strategic financial support to leadership. Candidates with prior experience in the
manufacturing sector, especially EV or automotive, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Drive financial planning and strategy aligned with business goals.
Partner with senior leadership on financial decision-making and growth initiatives.
Support capex planning, expansion, and new business initiatives.
2. Manufacturing Finance & Costing
Manage product costing, BOM analysis, variance analysis, and margin optimization.
Monitor manufacturing KPIs and control costs across operations.
Improve financial efficiency in procurement, production, and inventory.
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
Provide actionable insights to management.
4. Statutory Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Handle statutory, internal, and external audits.
Maintain strong internal controls and governance practices.
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for limits and funding.
Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
6. Team Management & Process Improvement
Lead and develop the finance and accounts team.
Drive process automation and effective ERP usage.
Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong exposure to manufacturing finance and costing
In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.)
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
EV / Automotive manufacturing experience is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience: 7–10 years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (EV / Automotive experience – Plus Point)
