The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in R2R processes, strong reconciliation capabilities, and an understanding of end-to-end GL responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>JD:</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Record and summarize daily bank transactions; post related journal entries.</li> <li>Manage intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.</li> <li>Support AP and T&amp;E pay runs, including related bank postings.</li> <li>Perform fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.</li> <li>Review and correct AP coding through reclassification entries.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end AP and T&amp;E workflows.</li> <li>Execute salary allocation runs.</li> <li>Calculate, post, and reconcile monthly accruals and prepayments.</li> <li>Reconcile sub-ledgers with the General Ledger and ensure accuracy.</li> <li>Handle end-to-end GL accounting activities, including monthly close.</li> <li>Prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested by internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Assist onshore finance teams with VAT reconciliation and handle VAT grouping.</li> <li>Reconcile and report CAPEX &amp; OPEX.</li> <li>Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with group reporting.</li> <li>Liaise with auditors during SOX, internal, and statutory audits.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to close deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial tools</li> <li>Strong communication and interpretation skills</li> <li>Proven ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting</li> <li>Familiarity with cost accounting principles preferred</li> <li>Experience in PeopleSoft or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
