<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>The candidate will be part of the Corporate Finance function. There will be three main aspects of the role</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">(b) Financial Planning and Analysis/ Budgeting (FP&A)</p>

<p><strong>Primary responsibilities: </strong></p>
<h4><strong>1. Financial Reporting </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the auditors</li>
<li>Manage day to day treasury functions including banking transactions, working capital management and cash flow projections </li>
<li>Management of all sister concerns and subsidiaries of Sigmoid Inc, across various geographies like, India, US, Peru and others</li>
<li>Coordinating with accounting vendors for locations outside India to ensure accuracy of books and proper</li>
<li>Manage the relationships with our key G&A vendors including – lawyers, tax advisors, bankers, payroll and benefits providers</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong> FP&A </strong>
<ul>
<li>Assist in annual/ quarterly consolidated budgets for the India and US</li>
<li>Assist monthly/ quarterly reforecast.</li>
<li>Support in any adhoc analysis as may be required from time to time.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong> Statutory Compliances</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring timely filing of GST and TDS returns.</li>
<li>Advance tax filings and other statutory filings</li>
<li>MCA compliances for the private limited company and LLP</li>
<li>Other regular compliances and filings ,mandatory for the company.</li>
