Role Overview: The Finance Operations Associate will support end-to-end finance operations with a primary focus on Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The role involves managing vendor coordination, invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and ensuring smooth procurement and payment operations in alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Support finance operations with a primary focus on Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Assist in purchase order creation, vendor onboarding coordination, invoice verification, and payment processing as per defined SOPs. • Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, POs, and GRNs to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for approvals, clarifications, and timely closure of procurement and payment activities. • Track vendor invoices, payment status, and reconciliations to ensure smooth finance operations. • Handle vendor-related queries regarding invoices, payments, and procurement documentation under supervision. • Maintain accurate procurement records, trackers, documentation, and reports to support audits and compliance requirements. • Ensure adherence to internal controls, procurement policies, process guidelines, and timelines. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within PR, PO, and P2P processes. • Take up additional finance and procurement operational responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Key Skills & Attributes: ·      Only candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply ·      Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ·      Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are eligible. ·      Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and payroll concepts. ·      Working knowledge of MS Excel; willingness to learn ERP and payroll systems. ·      Good communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment. Note: ·      Must be flexible to work across any finance operation based on business needs. ·      Must be flexible to work in shift timings between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. ·      This role includes a mandatory 2-year service bond applicable for freshers, effective from the date of joining.
