Join our team and start your journey today!   Key Responsibilities Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting Vilter industrial refrigeration compressors and natural gas compressors equipment mainly in the India with opportunities to work in IMEA region. Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and warranty work, including but not limited to oil filter changes, oil changes, compressor inspections and repairs, instrument replacement and controls repairs. Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers via phone and email. Understand and optimize system operational parameters for gas and refrigeration applications. Conduct/participate in technical training for Copeland and Vilter equipment Work with and assist the Sales and Business Development teams where possible Participate in joint sales calls with other Copeland team members when needed. Become a trusted advisor for customer technical inquiries. Complete reports and administrative paperwork for service trips. Collaborate with engineering and quality to report findings in the field and improve products. Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Mechanical / ITI or similar; Experience: At least 3-7 years of similar experience in India Relevant work area like oil & gas industry, Biogas Industry, Refrigeration is preferred Skills: Hands on Compressor service and assembly expertise Experience with Single or twin-screw compressors Language English, Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills. Other Requirement Customer facing role Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate and employee information.
