The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5–6 field sales executives. (Team handling experience for a minimum period of 2 years) Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management. Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s residential customer base. Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech); MBA preferred. 2–5 years of experience in managing field sales teams. Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, Auto mobile, Banking & Finance, telecom, real-estate, or consumer durables. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Age limit up to 30 years Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
