Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for
onboarding retailers, driving order volume, and expanding WOGOM’s presence in the assigned territory
. This is a
field sales role
focused on building a strong retailer network and increasing platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retailer Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and onboard
retailers, shop owners, and dealers
onto the WOGOM platform
Educate retailers on
app usage, ordering process, and benefits
Ensure activation of newly onboarded retailers
2. Sales & Order Generation
Drive
daily/weekly order generation
from retailers
Increase
repeat orders and basket size
Promote key categories like
mobiles, electronics, IT products, and appliances
3. Market Coverage & Expansion
Cover assigned territory and ensure
maximum retailer reach
Add new retailers and expand the
active customer base
Gather market intelligence on
competitors, pricing, and demand trends
4. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with
retailers and distributors
Resolve basic queries related to
orders, pricing, delivery, or app usage
Ensure high
retailer satisfaction and retention
5. Collections & Credit Support
Support in
collections and payment follow-ups
Promote
credit/BNPL solutions
(if applicable)
Maintain discipline in outstanding payments
6. Reporting & Daily Updates
Share daily reports on:
Visits done
Retailers onboarded
Orders generated
Track individual performance vs targets
