About this role

About This Role We’re looking for a Field Marketing Executive to help build awareness and demand for Xoxoday across global markets through events and webinars. This role exists to create meaningful engagement with our target personas and translate that engagement into qualified pipeline. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and the broader marketing team to plan and execute field campaigns that align with our messaging and business priorities. This is an execution-focused role with room to experiment, learn, and improve outcomes over time. What You’ll Do Field Events & Webinars 1.Plan and execute field events and webinars aligned to campaign themes 2.Identify and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics 3.Drive end-to-end event execution from concept to post-event follow-up Campaign Activation 1.Design pre-event and post-event campaigns to generate and nurture leads 2.Partner with content and digital teams to promote events across channels 3.Develop messaging tailored to target personas and regional context Cross-Functional Collaboration 1.Partner with sales to align on target accounts and follow-up strategy 2.Work with product and marketing teams to ensure campaign relevance 3.Coordinate with agencies and external partners as required Performance & Reporting 1.Track event and webinar performance 2.Measure pipeline contribution and overall return on event investments 3.Share insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns What We’re Looking For 1.1–3 years of experience in offline and digital events marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment 2.Experience supporting marketing initiatives across international markets 3.Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, analytics, and content teams 4.Clear communication and negotiation skills 5.Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail Nice to Have 1.Exposure to US or European markets in a similar role What Makes You a Strong Fit 1.Approach marketing with curiosity and a willingness to experiment 2.Take ownership of execution and follow through on deliverables 3.Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders 4.Stay organized while managing multiple timelines Why This Role Matters Events and webinars play a critical role in how we build trust, educate buyers, and create demand.
