Key Responsibilities
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency is mandatory.
Proficiency in at least two GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is required.
Knowledge of airline commission structures and IATA certification.
Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications, email drafting, and report writing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible for daily fare pricing, comparisons, and fare evaluations.
Involved in daily analysis and strategy adjustments related to commercial management.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor market trends.
