Verify driver documents (license, background checks, police verification). Maintain compliance with local transport laws and company policies. 4. Route Planning & Optimization Optimize routes to reduce cost and travel time using routing tools/software. Handle transport requests and adjust routes based on employee needs. 5. Employee Coordination Act as the point of contact for employee transport-related queries and issues. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of complaints. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in transport/logistics, preferably in IT/ITES. Strong coordination and communication skills. Knowledge of transport management systems and GPS tracking tools. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
