We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our organization in Udaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our brand, representing our food and beverage offerings with professionalism and passion. You will engage with customers, build meaningful relationships, and create memorable experiences that reflect our organization's commitment to excellence. Represent the organization's food and beverage products and services at various events, venues, and promotional activities
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitality partners, and community members
Promote products through tastings, demonstrations, and interactive experiences
Gather customer feedback and insights, reporting findings to management
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and facilitating connections between customers and sales teams
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, ingredients, and brand values
Participate in networking events and community activities to enhance brand visibility
Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times, upholding organizational standards
Collaborate with team members to coordinate promotional campaigns and events
Document interactions and maintain records of customer engagement activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Proven customer service experience in a hospitality, retail, or promotional environment
Strong interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Professional presentation and grooming standards
Demonstrated sales or promotional experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable working in diverse settings and adapting to different audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to represent the brand authentically and enthusiastically
Experience in the food and beverage industry or event management (preferred)
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital communication tools (preferred)

Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and retain detailed information
