Location: Gurgaon Department: International Sales Reports to: Sales Head Products to be Handled: Inverters, UPS, Lithium Batteries Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Export Sales Manager  to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s export sales operations in key international markets. The Export Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring the successful growth of our export business. Key Responsibilities: ●  Market Expansion & Strategy: o Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s footprint in international markets. o Identify new business opportunities and target markets for export sales. o Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies for growth. ●  Sales & Revenue Growth: o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for export markets. o Increase the company’s market share by establishing long-term relationships with international distributors and customers. o Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with overseas customers. ●  Customer Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and agents in assigned regions. o Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise. ●  Export Documentation & Compliance: o Oversee the preparation and completion of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance paperwork. o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and import/export laws.   ●  Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and product development, to ensure smooth delivery of products. o Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored to international markets. ●  Market Intelligence & Reporting: o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales results, and market trends to senior management. o Regularly update senior management on the status of export markets and key business developments. ●  Training & Support: o Provide training and support to distributors and international sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales materials. ●  Travel: o Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and monitor the market conditions in key export regions. Qualifications: ●  Education: o Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Sales, or a related field ●  Experience: o Minimum of 3+ years of experience in export sales, international business, or a related field. o Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding export sales in multiple regions. o Experience with international trade compliance and export documentation. ●  Skills & Abilities: o Basic understanding of Inverter and Battery o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. o In-depth understanding of international markets and cultural nuances. o Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. o Ability to travel internationally regularly as needed.     ●  Languages: o Fluency in English is required.
