Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa – experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform. Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow. Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base. ● Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products to potential clients. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. ● Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue payments. ● Negotiate and implement feasible payment plans with delinquent customers. ● Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery. ● Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. ● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections efforts, and payment statuses. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree. • 2-3 years’ experience in Auto Loan industry. • Should be willing to travel across assigned territory
