Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base.
Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue payments.
Negotiate and implement feasible payment plans with delinquent customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections efforts, and payment statuses.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Auto Loan industry.
• Should be willing to travel across assigned territory
