Learn more at www.zippee.delivery. Job Description: We're expanding our team with Payroll & Compliance Executive (s) with 1-3 years of relevant experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring a stellar payroll experience, seamless admin operations, and end-to-end compliance as Zippee scales rapidly across India. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it advances the mission. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone. This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ. You must be based in NCR or Gurgon. Responsibilities : Maintain and validate monthly attendance, leave, and overtime records. Share payroll inputs with the third-party vendor and verify salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance. Review and validate PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory reports. Generate payroll reports, payslips, and support full & final settlements. Resolve payroll queries and coordinate corrections with the vendor. Maintain employee payroll, employee benefits, and lifecycle records. Qualifications: Graduate in HR/Commerce or related field. 1–4 years of payroll experience (vendor coordination preferred). Good knowledge of statutory compliance and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
