About the Role
We are looking for an Executive - Order Processing to join the Operations Team and manage day-to-day order processing across multiple sales channels and marketplaces. The role involves ensuring smooth order flow, timely fulfillment, and accurate coordination with warehouse and operations teams to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
The candidate will work closely with internal teams to support daily operations across platforms such as Ugaoo.com, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Shopclues, and other marketplaces.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day order processing for different marketplaces including Ugaoo.com
Create picklist & assign tasks to product pickers
Ecommerce Management, Reconciliation, Returns Management, etc
Ensure no breaches in fulfillment and timely compliances on portals for shipments.
Share reports / MIS with the management / other teams on a timely basis, as required
Other roles are based on performance and requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience in ecommerce order processing
Bachelors degree
Prior work experience with D2C brand will be preferred
Proficient with Advance Excel.
