In order to tell the customer experience, one must have a deep understanding of the customer journey. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience, this exciting role encompasses the design and creation of powerful narratives on key sectors targeted toward clients. The position is responsible for developing content for a sector/sectors that will leverage inputs from a global team of Analysts and Consultants across Frost & Sullivan’s operations. Content created will then be leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns, social media, and account-based marketing. You will be required to demonstrate strong writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: Conducting proactive media outreach and journalist engagement Drafting and executing targeted media pitches Supporting distribution and follow-up for press releases and analyst commentary Maintaining and expanding media contact databases Assisting with editorial opportunities, interviews, and bylined article placements Support the end-to-end development of non-commercial partnerships with target event organisers, including prospecting, participation in negotiations, coordination of brand and speaker integration, and project management of all agreed marketing deliverables.   This role will directly strengthen Frost & Sullivan’s earned media presence, elevate the visibility of our consultants and analysts as industry voices, and alleviate bandwidth constraints in managing a growing portfolio of event partnerships across Europe and the Americas.   You need to be Wildly curious and entrepreneurial Committed to customer success A self-starter invested in your future A persuasive communicator Deeply Analytical Excited about Disruptive Trends Benefits A friendly work environment with an ‘open door’ policy A strong career path with growth opportunities.
