Global Growth – Global Clients & Industries, Deloitte Private Executive Manager We are looking for a versatile top performer to lead initiatives for our top global private clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage-to-results in a complex, global environment while strengthening stakeholder alignment and strategic planning/execution capabilities. The person in this role will cultivate strong relationships with Global member firms, regions, and other business stakeholders across Deloitte. It is ideal for a candidate with strong strategic execution, operational excellence, and relationship development skills who wants to build a global network and gain depth of knowledge around the Deloitte Private client segment. You will help drive alignment and deliver impact. Key responsibilities The professional will be part of the core leadership support team, responsible for a broad range of project and strategic program management duties. Responsibilities will be inclusive of planning, coordinating and managing program delivery globally; senior stakeholder management and communication; and providing leadership support across various additional Deloitte Private priorities. ·        Work with Deloitte Private leadership to set strategy to expand market engagement for top private clients and elevate support for Global Private LCSPs within the Global Client Portfolio. ·        Lead end-to-end client initiatives related to our top private clients and our Global Client Portfolio. Coordinate cross-functional teams, member firms, and industry leads to deliver LCSP support, commercialization, community, and strategic client programs. ·        Support budget planning and expense management for the relevant ecosystem; support resource planning aligned to strategic priorities. ·        Opportunities to lead and/or support broader Deloitte Private and Global Client strategic initiatives. ·        Lead and manage Deloitte Private USI team through coaching, feedback, and performance management and act as an SME advisor to senior leadership. Liaise with other Global Growth and Global Clients & Industries team members and broader Deloitte Private community to share leading practices. Qualifications ·        Master’s degree in Management or an MBA ·        Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience ·        Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build big picture ·        Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables ·        Outstanding research and analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations ·        Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables ·        Prior experience with Global and/or Member Firm financial and pipeline tools preferred (i.e. Client insights dashboard, Salesforce.com, etc.) ·        Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies ·        Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcome Work location: Preferred Hyderabad, Bengaluru Travel: No specific travel #EagerForExcellence #EAG-M&R #CAB-MK
