What You’ll Actually Do
Keep a close eye on shipments and ensure they reach customers smoothly
Dive into failed deliveries and figure out the real problem
Take ownership of escalations and don’t let cases go in circles
Work with courier partners and make sure things move
Spot patterns, connect dots, and turn chaos into clarity
