Conduct funnel review calls with suppliers and internal teams to track opportunities and project progress.
Prepare and maintain NBO (New Business Opportunity) reports with the help of the CRM system.
Prepare billing and booking call presentations and reports for management review meetings.
Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and product configurations. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and contract agreements with procurement and technical teams.
Enter customer orders into the ERP/CRM system accurately and coordinate order processing activities.
Raise purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and coordinate procurement activities.
Follow up with customers for payments and coordinate with suppliers regarding material delivery status and dispatch schedules.
Work closely with Sales and FAE teams for preparation and tracking of NBO reports.
Identify and track tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and upload/manage products on the GeM portal.
Handle Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) coordination and documentation for government customers.
Research and identify key decision-makers, engineering teams, and procurement contacts across industries such as automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, R&D, and academia. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-up on inbound marketing leads.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, techno-commercial support, customer handling, or business development activities.
Candidates having experience in the Test & Measurement industry will have an added advantage.
